At RSA 2025, we partnered with Borabora Studios (digital build) and Argon Props (physical build) to bring a bold, gamified activation to life for Cisco Security.
The centerpiece? A fully custom digital air hockey table designed to merge old-school arcade nostalgia with cutting edge tech. The build was engineered to house a 65" Elo touchscreen, a high powered gaming PC, integrated speakers, LED accent lighting, and hidden compartments for all the necessary tech infrastructure.
The game showcased six Cisco security products, each represented by a unique in game "power up" that players could activate to gain a strategic advantage. This not only made the experience engaging and competitive, it also provided a fun and engaging way to educate players on Cisco's security solutions. After each game, Cisco brand ambassadors guided attendees to explore live demos tied directly to the products featured in play.
Over the course of just four days, almost 700 attendees took part in the “Security Puck Challenge,” outperforming last year’s RSA numbers by nearly 100 participants.
Our team worked closely with Borabora on site to keep gameplay smooth for players throughout the event.
Huge thanks to our partners and the Cisco team for trusting us to help design a dynamic and interactive experience. Early conversations are already happening around bringing the game to future events…clearly it was a hit.
our task
Cisco wanted to engage MORE people at RSA this year with a game that could highlight the awesome power of their AI tools.
We had to bring a game to life that attracted attendees of all walks to play and interact with the unique Cisco AI offerings.
solution
Our “Security Puck Challenge” brought the competitive spirit out in attendees while they learned about the unique Cisco Security products featured at RSA.
A running leaderboard also displayed live gameplay for those watching from the sidelines, and increasing visibility for passersby.
The gameplay and the physical build mirrored Cisco’s newly updated branding, tied closely to their latest AI campaign art featuring Cisco multi-colored gradients and clean text and surface treatments!
