At NADA 2025, Capital One asked us to create an inviting, multi-function space that encouraged demo engagement, conversation, and a comfortable space to exchange ideas.

We delivered a modern, clean environment funneling attendees through the space towards a coffee “shop” facade and conversation spaces, while using the backside of the facades for bold graphic treatments with responsive displays and smaller entry moments to encourage attendees to enter from all sides of the activation.

our task

We were challenged to took a large footprint and make a space that felt welcoming and circulated guests through smaller spaces in an efficient way, while driving engagement and interactivity.

The result was a semi-circular flow through demo areas and conversation zones that culminated in a cafe moment to encourage everyone to grab a coffee and stay a while to learn more about Capital One’s newest offerings. Some of our favorite elements include:

A Hidden NFC Discovery: We embedded an NFC "easter egg" within the space, giving curious attendees a surprise moment—tapping with their phone unlocked a link to a local restaurant, encouraging exploration beyond the booth.
A Demo Check-In Leaderboard: To streamline conversations, we built a check-in leaderboard that matched attendees with the right staffer based on their interests and needs—ensuring custom demos felt personal and efficient.
